Resolve entity identifiers, match name variants, and enrich counterparty and issuer records from internal and external sources.
NGT Entities Data Search and Enricher resolves the identity problem in investment operations data: the same counterparty, issuer, or fund entity appearing under different names, identifiers, or spellings across source systems.
What it does
The tool queries internal records and external data sources to match entity references across systems, resolve name variants and identifier conflicts, and enrich entity records with additional attributes. The enriched output updates the entity master in the NGT Referential Data Manager and is available to all downstream tools and workflows.
Matching and resolution
Matching uses a combination of exact identifier lookup (LEI, BIC, ISIN) and fuzzy name matching with configurable confidence thresholds. Matches below the threshold are flagged for review rather than applied automatically.

- Configurable external data providers per client environment
Agent access
Callable by agents through MCP and APIs. An agent processing a new counterparty or issuer can trigger enrichment directly as part of an onboarding or investigation workflow.
