Dashboard and Licensed Product
Definitions
Dashboard(s): Proprietary modular software with intellectual property developed by Next Gate Tech for asset managers and depositary banks, enabling optimization of middle and back office operations through SaaS solutions.
Licensed Product(s): Software modules accessible through the user interface dashboard that clients subscribe to.
Authorized User: Personnel including employees, directors, officers, or contractors designated by the client to access Licensed Products.
Client: The employer or affiliate entity that has contracted for Licensed Product access.
Business Purpose: Using the platform to manage operational lifecycles of portfolios, investment funds, and fund operations in accordance with regulatory requirements or for internal reporting.
General Information
Only Authorized Users may access Licensed Products within their granted permissions. Users must inform Next Gate Tech and their Client when they cease to qualify as Authorized Users.
Copyright
All dashboard materials are subject to Next Gate Tech intellectual property rights or third-party protections. Users receive authorization to print and/or temporarily store copies without any permitted alteration, for their own personal internal use.
Prohibited activities include:
- Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works
- Reverse engineering or disassembling software
- Building competing products
- Providing services to third parties
- Commercially exploiting the platform
