Our Story
Next Gate Tech was founded in Luxembourg in 2019 by veterans of portfolio management, trading, consulting and technology, to solve the problems they faced themselves: data arriving from every provider in its own format, and controls that every firm runs its own way.
We started with those two problems. We harmonised data across custodians, administrators and data vendors, and built the analytics and controls that oversight runs on: NAV, fees, reconciliation, compliance and referential data.
When agents arrived, that work became their foundation. Our analytics became NGT Tools that an agent calls instead of guessing. Our operational know-how became NGT Skills it follows instead of improvising.
Today BNP Paribas Securities Services, Amundi, Capital Group, Eurizon and others run their investment operations on SPARK, across €500bn+ in assets.
